We are an anti-cancer, cancer foundation. At KWF we understand that breast cancer does not define you, in fact, it is the least interesting thing about you. We recognize that life is better LIVED with FUN on the calendar and cancer is better when kicked to the curb. We’re here to help you create those little moments that happen in between and celebrate LIVING along the way.
Fill out the form to the best of your ability. Most importantly, we would like to know your heartfelt “why,” and any specific passions/hobbies of the nominee. We can follow up on the medical information, so don’t let that hold you back. We will review incoming nominations once a week and will be in touch as soon as humanly possible! Let’s get started!
When it comes to giving, there are a variety of ways to help fuel our mission. You can help us by donating cash, your vacation home, airline miles, tickets (sporting/theatre/etc), gift cards, your time, and more.

The KWF Family is made up of a growing group of old and new friends looking to make an impact on deserving families LIVING with cancer.
